Job Summary

  • In furtherance to our objective of repositioning the company for growth and profitability, and to meet the strategic objectives of our new offices, we are now seeking for a self-managed, consulting professional of high integrity to meet the challenges inherent in the position of Managing Partner.

Job Role

  • We are looking for an experienced managing partner to oversee daily business operations and provide overall strategic direction.
  • The managing partner will be responsible for setting strategic goals and objectives, supervising daily activities, monitoring performance, and driving business growth.
  • The job holder will be expected topurposefully guide business operations and employees to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Description

  • Maintaining positive client relationships and driving new acquisitions.
  • Developing and implementing organizational goals, procedures, and policies.
  • Consulting and cooperating with other executives, board members, and employees.
  • Managing, monitoring, and reviewing business operations.
  • Identifying improvement gaps and implementing corrective measures.
  • Reviewing and overseeing all financial activities, performance, and documentation.
  • Overseeing hiring activities and approving contracts.

Requirements

    • Suitable candidates for this position, will be University Graduates, with advanced qualifications in Business Administration, Economics, Finance etc, with appropriate professional qualifications, (ACA, AIB).
    • Not less than fifteen (15) years experience in a well-structured consulting practice.
    • The last three (3) years must have been in a senior management role with responsibilities for budget, revenue, profit and performance management.
