Job Title: Traceability Officer
Location: Airport Road, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Document CCP records in hot kitchen
• Monitor Cooking and Blast chilling temperature compliance.
• Monitor hygiene and PPE usage compliance.
• Monitor and document corrective actions when applicable.
• Report daily compliance and noncompliance to the QHSE supervisor

Requirement

• The person should be a Graduate of Food Technology, Micro Biology, Bio-Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry

Remuneration
N80,000 Monthly.
