Job Title: Equipment Lease Executive
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop equipment leasing departmental operational policies and procedures
• Develop market strategy
• Develop finance Strategy
• Understanding of the current leasing laws and regulations
• Develop risk management strategy
• Oversee administrative manpower of the leasing desk
• Preparing leasing documents for potential leasees using ELAN standards and regulations
• Perform any related tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Required

• First Degree in any discipline from a reputable Tertiary institution
• A member or Associate of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) is an added advantage
• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of leasing experience.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-word and Excel
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of the company
• The high degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly experienced, diligent, and knowledgeable individuals.

Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 monthly.
