Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate branch operations activities on a daily basis.
• Review of loan files.
• Develop, implement and updates policies, procedures, standards & processes for the unit.
• Ensure accuracy of customer data and transactions through management of authorization levels and access rights.
• Management and safe keeping of files.
• Rendering reports to regulatory authorities.(NFIU,AML)
• Ensure transaction processing are in line with policies and procedure.
• Collaborate with correspondent banks for smooth transaction processing.
• Develop and manage a team of well-trained focused and motivated Banking Services Staff.
• Provide effective and efficient report of operations activities to management for analysis and decision making.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure continuous availability and effectiveness of business applications and technology infrastructure required for the Bank’s operations to run smoothly.

 

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 6 – 9 years relevant work experience.

 

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
