Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

  • Relating with governmental agencies and parastatals such as NAFDAC, SON, Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, NEMSA, Electricity Distribution Company, Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency others;
  • Relating with NIS on CERPAC processing, VISA etc..
  • Following up and ensuring that vehicle particulars are renewed and obtained as at when due;
  • Investigating motor accidents for insurance carrier;
  • Handling issues related to house utensils for expatriates;
  • Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Arranging travel and accommodations
  • Scheduling in-house and external events
  • Carrying out other duties as may be assigned periodically.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. / HND Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
