Job Title: Waitress & Hostess
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess to join our restaurant team.
• As a Hostess, you will be responsible for warmly greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of customers.
• Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating system
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Coordinate with the waitstaff to optimize seating arrangements
• Address guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
• Ensure a tidy and organized hostess station

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and welcoming attitude
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Previous hostess experience is a plus.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
