We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Agent
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Personal sales and service to customers achieving optimal sales targets.
• Initiating and fostering customer relations.
• Smart, rugged and innovative individuals
• Self driven. Fast learning with an ability to work in a team
• The Estate Agent secures property from property owners for the organisation.
• Preparing, planning and maximising the strength of Tierone brand.
• Negotiating terms and conditions with property owners
• Create and develop new innovative ways to market existing properties.
• Ensuring high inflow of income through effective sales and marketing of the magazine

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or its equivalent in any field
• Person’s with real estate expertise and interest.
• Proficiency in any other Nigerian language is an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos Island and its environs
