Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description

• We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate all organisation’s operational activities.
• Selected candidates will be responsible for improving all operational activities and expectations through the implementation of effective strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all the operation activities are working out accordingly.
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Monitor all results from the operation activities against the company expectations.
• Appraising the performance of all operation staff and support staff members.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as operation manager (fleet management experience is an added advantage)
• Leadership and organisational skills
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
• Familiarity with business environment principles and practices
• HND/BSc degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
