Job Title: Admin Manager
Location: Ojo, Alakija, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Report to: HR & Admin Director

Job Summary:

  • The job holder is to oversee the daily administration activities in Factory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and administer the day-to-day activities of the Admin department。 To develop policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
  • To prepare admin budget and monitor budget to ensure no over-expenditures.
  • To establish and maintain strong and trusted institutional partnerships with Free Trade Zone Management Office and Government for policy communications, issue/crisis management and to secure government support for company business.
  • To discover the most profitable suppliers and work with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • To manage the implementation of approved fleet management policies to meet the current, emerging, and future operations. Closely monitor the Fleet to ensure optimal usage and functionality, and minimize vehicle cost and downtime.
  • Ensure proper management and maintenance of inventory and movable assets, such as renewal of company licenses as at when due. Verification and Registration of the movable and fixed Assets
  • To manage the implementation of first-class maintenance of all office and residential buildings in the factory.
  • Responsible for inspection of performance of security company and ensuring that security company adhere to agreed Service Agreements.
  • To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Director /MD for review.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Working Experience: More than 5 years admin manager experience and more than 3 years experience in a multinational company.
  • Good knowledge and skills in fleet management
  • Facilities management and Office Purchasing.
  • Must be good with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Having work experience in Free Trade Zone is prior
