Job Title: Bike Patrol Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• Maintain effective patrolling and monitoring of activities of guards and beats under his coverage while also ensuring high standards of safety, workmanship, efficiency and maximizing profitability.
• Decodes post orders to the operatives and ensure strict adherence to the post orders at the protected locations.
• To drive compliance to the company, lay down regulations.
• Ensures uniform performance of duties in accordance with approved process and procedures, while promoting exemplary appearance and conduct.
• Patrol tour of the protected premises and prepared an heighten risk advise where necessary.
• Ensures that assigned area of responsibility is stabilized and devoid of any criminal activities.
• Prepares daily occurrence reports giving recommendations on how to improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assists in developing the Guards by ensuring that their competencies are fully developed to meet future challenges in the industry.
• Handle Guards complaints
• Attend to welfare issues.
• Undertakes induction & training for Guards.

Requirement:

• Possess relevant qualifications.

Salary:
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
