Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: 
Lagos

Position Summary

  • It is the responsibility of the preferred candidate to support the human resource processes in the organisation.

Job Description

  • Assisting the HR Manager in recruiting, hiring and onboarding employees.
  • Maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment data.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like bonuses, absences, leave, attendance etc.
  • Coordinate HR projects like meetings, trainings, surveys etc.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievances.

Required Competencies/Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: BSc/HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Business Administration, or any other Management course.
  • Professional Experience: Zero to one (0-1) year working experience in a similar HR Assistant role.
  • Must be willing and eager to learn.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Position Summary

  • It is the responsibility of the preferred candidate to gather and interpret data and subsequently turn it into information which would improve our processes and help the organization make informed decisions.

Job Description

  • Collecting and interpreting data.
  • Analyzing results of collated data.
  • Reporting results of data analysis to management or relevant authorities.
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Forecasting and making projections of future occurrences from collated data.
  • Working alongside management and other teams in analyzing and establishing business needs.

Required Competencies/Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: BSc/HND in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics

Position Summary

  • It is the responsibility of the preferred candidate to see to the entire supply chain management process. The goal would be to manage the entire order cycle so as to ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Use IT systems to manage stock levels and delivery.
  • Coordinate and track movement of goods.
  • Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of delivery, orchestrating transportation movements.
  • Execute logistic plans to move product and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
  • Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.

Required Competencies/Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: BSc/HND in Supply Chain Management or Statistics.

Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Position Summary

  • It is the responsibility of the preferred candidate to increase the operational efficiency of the organisation, detecting and eliminating fraud and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.

Job Description

  • Carry out control functions, reviews and approve disbursement requests and other requests.
  • Periodically perform auditing of the accounting and financial data of the organisation.
  • Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risk resulting from poor controls.
  • Verify and maintain internal control checks and records including asset tags to ensure safeguard of company assets.
  • Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.

Required Competencies/Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: BSc/HND in Accounting or Finance.

Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Position Summary

  • The Marketing Strategist would work closely with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
  • The ideal candidate desires to see strategy in action and can execute independently and effectively
  • The individual must have an excellent knowledge of the Company’s present and past product lines as well as competitors products and services.

Job Deliverables

  • Arrange, implement and monitor marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Participate in all strategy sessions to identify customers and prospect sales opportunities.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales.
  • Prepare short and long term plans to ensure adaptation of identified strategies, evaluate implications of plans, inclusive of risks.
  • Perform cross-functionally, with marketing, sales and operations to prepare and present solutions to customers.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Assist customer database maintenance as well as provide status reports for marketing campaign.
