Lohi Consulting – Our client, a travel and leisure industry in Lagos, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment into the position below:

Job Title: Travel Agent
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking candidates with excellent skill in resolving customers’ complaints and booking issues with a good attitude to customers.
• While experience is important, membership in aviation body is an advantage.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Agent include but not limited to the following:

• Flight booking reservation and issuing tickets capabilities
• Customer Services Skills.
• Prepare weekly sales order
• Ensure team compliance to quality and procedure standard

Qualification/Experience

• First degree in any related course
• Membership in an aviation body is a plus
• Minimum of three (3) years work experience in related position
• Basic training in Galileo and/Amadeus is an advantage
• Basic training in IATA/UFTAA is an advantage
