Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Position Summary

• The Quality Assurance Officer in a nylon manufacturing company plays a crucial role in ensuring that the company’s products meet the required quality standards.
• You are responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with other departments to address quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control Processes:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance issues.
  • Generate and update documentation such as quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training to production staff on quality control processes and standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains to enhance overall product quality.
  • Analyze data trends and implement preventive measures to minimize defects and non-conformance.
• Customer Complaints:
  • Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Communicate with customers to address their concerns and provide resolution.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Ensure that the company’s quality control processes align with regulatory requirements.
