Job Title: Senior Program Officer

Job Description
- As a member of the Program Management Team, supports the State Program Advisor in providing oversight, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all project activities in the assigned States and Sub Recipients (SRs), also contributes to the development and maintenance of systems that effectively respond to GF requirements regarding implementation procedures, reporting and evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc/BA degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences or its recognized equivalent with 7 – 9 years of relevant experience with international development programs.
- Or MBBS degree or MS/MA/MPH or its equivalent with 5 – 7 years relevant experience with international development programs.
- Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.

Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor – Logistics

Job Description
- Will assist in the development of AHNi/GF in-house capacity among the various departments, implementing agencies (lAs) and all tiers of government in all aspects of distribution and warehousing of health commodities.
- S/he will provide technical support and leadership to Nigeria’s efforts to strengthen the supply chain process of health commodities, using the LMIS supply chain management information system, to reduce stock-outs, lower costs and eliminate wastage, will also provide technical assistance to management, lAs and government on most efficient and cost effective distribution channels to improve the LMIS and supply chain systems of health commodities (i.e., medicines, laboratory reagents, rapid test kits and other medical supplies and consumables) procurement and distribution and ensure accountability of processes.
Minimum Requirements
- MB.BS/MD/PHD or similar degree with 3 to 5 years post national youth service experience with at least 3 years progressive experience in in managing a PSM cycle, including rational health commodities selection, forecasting/quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMIS.
- Or MPH or MS/MA in relevant degree with at least 5 to 7 years post national youth service experience with at least 3 years progressive experience in managing a PSM cycle, including rational health commodities selection, forecasting/quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMIS.
- Or BS/BA in Logistics, Pharmacy or relevant field with 7 to 9 years relevant experience managing a PSM cycle, including rational health commodities selection, forecasting/quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMIS.
- Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.

Job Title: Database Officer

Job Description
- Will be responsible for the day to day operations of data processing.
- S/he is responsible for the planning, maintenance and development of AHNI/GF databases.
- The database approach incorporates the following principles:
- Data remains consistent across the database;
- Data is clearly defined;
- Users access data concurrently, in a form that suits their needs;
- There is provision for data security and recovery control (all data is retrievable in an emergency).
- The application design include web, desktop and mobile GIS applications.
- Other responsibilities include the design and creation of special products, including maps, digital data, reports and statistics.
Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or its recognized equivalent with 5 – 7 years post national youth service relevant experience.
- Or MS/MA Engineering, Information Technologc Computer Science or its recognized equivalent, and 3 – 5 years post national youth service relevant experience. Strong background in geospatial and health information systems (GIS) and/or database management is required.
- Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.

Job Title: Grant Manager
Location: Abuja

Job Description
- Will work with the Project Director and Director, Finance & Administration to provide lead administration for the management of awards and sub awards to include contracts, grants and cooperative agreements, maintain a good working relationship with Technical personnel on the Project, Global Fund and other implementing agencies
- Will also monitor workflows and help develop and implement systems to provide sound management control over AHNi’s compliance with award terms and conditions and the organizational policies.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and 7-9 years relevant experience;
- Or MSc./MBA with 5-7 years relevant experience in an NGO setting.
- Relevant software skills to include spreadsheet and data base software and Management Information Systems.
- Working knowledge of donor (USAID, CDC, DFID, Global Fund) contract and grant agencies are required.
- Ability to interpret funding regulations and develop implementing procedures is required.
