Marine Company Job Vacancies For ROV Supervisors and Pilot Technicians

A fast-growing Indigenous Marine Company based in Sapele, Delta State requires the services of the following:

1. ROV Supervisors

Role & Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Responsible for piloting and maintenance of ROV system and handling all paperwork for client and office.
shall assist in field support, drill support, subsea construction, cable lay and subsea survey, pipeline and platform survey/inspection and maintenance, calibration and systems maintenance
Be responsible for buckle trigger monitoring and free span survey, free span rectification and spool metrology

Qualification:

– IMCA certified ROV Supervisor

– Minimum 10 years experience on a DP2 Multi-purpose IMR/ROV Subsea Support Vessel

2. ROV Pilot Technicians

Role & Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Ensuring the ROV is always operational, systems are within the operation specification and proper maintenances are carried out and documented while guiding the Pilot Tech in Corrective and Preventive maintenances.
Assist in the launch, recovery, mobilization, demobilization of ROV systems of ROV including management of its planned maintenance schedules.
Repair, maintain and operate all electrical, hydraulics, optical, and electronic subsystems aboard.
Be responsible for all transportation, inspection and installation services which includes; jacket platform & pipeline inspections, mooring & piles insulation. Shall also command and control computer and computer interface electronics, signal and control interface electronics.
Be responsible for piloting the ROV and proper tether management with appropriate use of navigation systems.

Qualification:

– Minimum 4 years experience on a DP2 Multi-purpose IMR/ROV Subsea Support Vessel
