Job Title: Marketing & Sales Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary:

• We are a Cooperative Multipurpose Society. The marketing agent will introduce the Cooperative Society to traders, market women, salary earners, and other qualified leads.
• The marketing agent will get additional commission for each leads converted to members. The goal of this role is to introduce the benefits of joining the cooperative to people.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Visit markets, shops and places where potential cooperative members might be.
• Identifies target customers and markets.
• Explain the benefits of the Cooperative to potential members.
• Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
• Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
• Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• SSCE
• One year of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English and any other Nigerian language is an advantage
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Smart phone usage and basic computer knowledge.
• Good energy and vibe.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of walking is required
• Must be able to speak and communicate fluently without shyness.

Salary:
N30,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
