Job Title: Cook
Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food preparation meets health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Schedule:

• Opening – 12:00PM (9 hour shift)
• Full-time/Part-time position, flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
