Job Description

• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of company’s goals
• Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems.
• Formulating and successfully implementing company policy
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Seamlessly integrate and act as an Ambassador for audacious strategic thinking, traditional, digital/social media and influencer capabilities in every engagement.
• Encourages innovative ideas from the employees and implement them for the benefit of the company
• Proactively address issues, obstacles or conflicts with our clients..
• Offer unsolicited ideas, thinking, and counsel that clients would value.
• Creating a positive and motivating atmosphere in the company and providing better growth opportunities for the employees
• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets
• Have the ultimate responsibility for profit and business growth for the organization.
• Assess overall company performance against objectives
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
• Regularly seek client feedback on the company’s performance and promote the company’s accomplishments
• Responsible for not only building the business, but also for growing the tribes, bonds and relationships amongst the various tribes within the organization.
