Job Title: Senior Business Research and Relations Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Purpose:

• To maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customers requirements.

Dimensions:

• Liaises with external customers, production dept, and logistic dept, Supports Senior Business Research and Relations officer, Marketing Manager, the General Manager and the Managing Director.

Accountabilities:   

• Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential markets.
• Develop new and modern ways of marketing company’s products
• Plan new marketing initiatives
• Develop quotes and proposals
• Building new and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients
• Negotiating and renegotiating with clients via phone, e-mails and in person
• Monitor and forecast marketing programs and strategies
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Escalate and resolve areas of concern raised by clients

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Social Sciences with 1- 3yrs experience.
• A strong client relationship skills, analytical and problem solving skills desirable
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Very Creative
• Knowledge of strategic/ commercial approach to marketing
• Computer proficiency
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Applicants must reside in Abuja

 

Job Title:Senior Business Research and Relations Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Purpose:

To maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customers requirements.

Dimensions:

• Liaises with external customers, production dept, and logistic dept, Supports Senior Business Research and Relations officer, Marketing Manager, the General Manager and the Managing Director.

Accountabilities:   

• Be accountable for managing company’s marketing strategy (Database, physical letters, etc.)
• Coordinates the Business Research and Relations officers
• Initiates new businesses for clients
• Manage the creation of marketing material including, quotes, proposals, clients report and power point slides
• Research and recommend new opportunities on product and service improvements
• Build new and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Resolve areas of concern raised by clients

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Social Sciences with 3-5 yrs work Experience.
• A Master’s Degree / MBA or Professional Certification in Marketing can be an added advantage but not compulsory
• A strong client relationship skills, analytical and problem solving skills desirable
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Think Creatively
• Knowledge of modern marketing
• Computer proficiency
