Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a talented and assertive individual to manage its Business Development Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Business Development team.
• Manage monthly report and strategic sessions.
• Focus on generating revenue through training schedule, outsourcing, and retainer-ship agreement.
• Successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the financial goal of the organization.
• Build and manage the relationship with clients.
• Develop a profitable portfolio with clients and partners.
• Create and manage corporate accounts by ensuring retainer-ship with potential and existing clients.

Requirements

• Ability to manage a startup Marketing department
• Must have good presentation, good oral and written communication skills
• Good judgment and decision-making ability.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Marketer in an Outsourcing firm.
• A degree in any related discipline
